Regression: Orca doesn't speech out the selection changes on the Launcher

Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Recently AtkSelection and other selection stuff was added on the Launcher, and orca properly speeched out the selection changes when the key nav mode started on the launcher.

At first I thought that it was due the broker parent-child hierarchy (see bug 727908), but after solve it (not landed yet), this is still failing.

Further investigation is required (although probably this should also require a orca patch)
