Glom 1.8.1 import date format error

Bug Description

Try to import date data with format DD/MM/YYYY and Glom import in a different format.
Samples:
28/08/2008 ---> 28/08/1908
09/09/2008 ---> 09/09/1920
08/09/2008 ---> 09/08/1920
03/09/2008 ---> 09/03/1920

Yes, that seems like a bad bug.

We also need to document exactly what date format is expected and show a reminder of it in the UI, and maybe allow the user to select a date format when importing.

In svn trunk and the 1.8 branch, the dialog now shows a label with this text:

"
Note that the source file should contain numbers and dates in international ISO format. For instance, 22nd November 2008 should be 2008-11-22.
"

I think that closes this bug. Supporting other date formats would be an additional feature - a patch would be welcome.
