Bug Description
The password assistance QLabel is too small for its borders. This definitely shows up when the icons are shown, but it's also kind of tight when they are not shown.

Attaching a picture of a diff of the relevant parts of the QT UI files -- it looks like for the same password assistance label, we have different sizes and different policies in two different places.
I'm not sure the other one is right but the one from reset_password is what didn't look right and caused this bug report.
This is a picture of a diff because it's just parts of two different files, and so the indent level of the XML wasn't the same and it made an actual diff horrible to arrange, so I just emacsed it and now we have a TIFF. I tried!
