Bug Description
One thing we've found out in the Ubuntu Manual project is that it's very, very hard to communicate with translators if they don't subscribe to the mailing list.
We'd like to have fuzzy translations enabled for our project - but it would also be good to talk about having some form of dialog or notes on the side of the translations where we can add special instructions that pertain to our project.
Even just being able to edit the description up the top of the translation page could be useful.
I'd like to talk with some Launchpad folks about this at UDS, hence I've registered a blueprint:

Henning from Launchpad Translations team will be attending UDS: I've registered him as 'participation essential' for the above blueprint.
As far as 'enabling fuzzy translations': we can't do it since it's not supported. Track http:// blueprints. edge.launchpad. net/rosetta/ +spec/rosetta- fuzzy-merge to know when it does get implemented (or well, simply help out do it: LP is open-source and we love any help we get :).
As for this particular bug, it's basically a duplicate of bug #512133: make potemplate description more prominent on translation pages.
