This should now *finally* be fixed. bzr-svn will now always store the right text revisions and text parents, and has a test framework to test the various scenarios.
This means that bzr-svn should now always write correct data to svn repositories. There might still be a few out there with incorrect metadata that make bzr-svn blow up; bug 628354 is about that.
