Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
When a new release is available the update manager shows the text: "New distribution release '7.04' is avaiable." However most people have no idea what a distribution is and the text should be: "New Ubuntu release '7.04' is avaiable."

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. This is still the case in Jaunty.
Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here. Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!
