Please note that there is a typo in the changelog:

* [Upstream] Call acpi_video_register() in intel_opregion_init() failure
    path - LP: #615947

This is not the right bug. So I can't mark the right one as "please test". Please do that manually.

Also, the changelog refers to bugs which already got fixed in maverick-final:

 [ Tim Gardner ]

  * [Config] Use correct be2iscsi module name in d-i/modules/scsi-modules
    - LP: #628776

Why is it doing that? Or should that bug be reopened and tested? Same problem for bug 613381 in

* ACPI: enable repeated PCIEXP wakeup by clearing PCIEXP_WAKE_STS on
    resume
    - LP: #613381, #672664

(except that this is still open in natty).

Finally, the PPA only builds for i386, amd64, and powerpc. In particular, we are missing the armel packages for maverick.

For the lucid update it seems that the PPA builds ia64 and sparc as well, but armel is again missing.

Has this been considered in the process? When they get copied, they should start building for armel, but it means that the binaries will not all be available for testing right away.

Accepted linux into maverick-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

All bugs required for this kernel have been verified. Therefore, no reverts are necessary, and this kernel can move directly into the Testing phase.

We ran the Regression Testing on the proposed kernel and did not find any regression with it, as for us the kernel is good to go. The results of the LTP, Autotest, and qa-regression-testing are available at: http://people.canonical.com/~pedro/kernel/kernel-2.6.35-24.42/

8 machines are failing at the moment. We are investigating whether any of these are due to the proposed kernel.

To follow up on the report provided by Brendan, only 1 system is failing to install because of infrastructure problems. All the other systems have completed testing.

The new kernel installed successfully on 74 out of 75 certification systems. So, everything looks good on this side of things.
