CONFIG_PERF_EVENTS isn't set on vexpress

Bug Description

Hi,
 In both the 2.6.35-1006-linaro-vexpress and the vexpress config in linux-linaro-next with a note saying it's at Linaro-2.6.35-1008.15, there is:

# CONFIG_PERF_EVENTS is not set

in the config.

Please turn PERF events on (all the flags that are on for beagle which works OK).
