Matt, can you give commentary in the bug, for clarity, to justify why the config option should be enabled rather than just stating it should be?

The run of the LTP test suite had dozens of failures related to message queues. The failures were traced back to this option not being enabled.
I don't have a specific example of code that is failing due to this option being disabled, but it is part of the posix standard and could be used by end users. It will be more difficult to enable later. However, this is not a show-stopper and it ok if you want to wait till later to enable it.

Accepted linux-linaro into maverick-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

Matt we either need to verify this is fixed on the last Maverick kernel or decide that Maverick bugs don't matter anymore.
