Need to rotate and cap log size for oauth-login.log

Bug Description
While syncdaemon.log is already insanely huge, oauth-login.log also grows indefinitely, although at a much slower pace. We need to cap its size and rotate the logs as well, and drop debug logging for only errors instead.
