Pulseaudio crashed when playing a song in songbird while using openarena

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

Apport caught the crash but could not report it as it was an "assertion failure".

What I was going when this crash happened:
-Opened songbird
-Started playing music in songbird
-Opened openarena
-Song finished, but instead of going to the next song, it repeated the last few seconds in stuttering sounds.
-Quit openarena
-Apport reports a crash with pulseaudio
