Sorry for not catching this in my upload, though I'm pretty sure I tested the upgrade. :/

I've tried to reproduce the bug in a Debian chroot, upgrading from 0.97-1 to the latest version available in sid, and it fails the same way. There are two bugs in Debian related to this, both closed by the maintainer, but wrongly fixed. Instead of what he did, amsn-data should just replaces amsn (with the correct versioning).

Salvatore: could you please file a bug in Debian? Also, your fix doesn't look good. The package got split in 0.97-2, so the versioning should be << 0.97.2. Thanks.

Sorry, << 0.97-2 (I meant - not .) would have worked when the split was done, not now.
So for us (Ubuntu) at that point, it should be if I'm not wrong: <= 0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu1 or << 0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu2.

This bug was fixed in the package amsn - 0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu2

---------------
amsn (0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Replace amsn << 0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu2 in amsn-data package (LP: #255437).
