the amsn-data package crashes while trying to install itself with the package manaer it mentions something about being in an other package of amans

This has already been reported in bug 255437 but it's marked "Fix released" in 0.97.2~debian-0ubuntu2 which is the version you're using. I'm not marking this report as duplicate for now and add a comment on the other bug.
