Update to 3.16

Blocked primarily on the major UI overhaul that doesn't fit in with existing Unity applications.

Would be great to have it soon(er) in the Ubuntu Gnome Edition.

Requires GTK+ 3.14 (bug 1399048)

Will be merged with Debian, as well.

Gedit 3.14 needs to have a patch to revert the use of GtkHeaderBar and to restore traditional menus before it is uploaded in order to fit in with Unity.
