Add Gnome-Scan because of a better icon? No. Gnome-Scan is missing critical functionality atm. Ubuntu Studio has a better Xsane icon. Use the one from their set.

This also partially comes down to how to treat upstream branding. That's important to a project. So you have to be careful.
