Dave, can you please check the md5 of the generated ISO (c:\ubuntu\install\installation.iso), the md5 of the CD, and the md5 of the original ISO? Ideally all 3 should be the same, even on error.

 I have asked Evan to provide a special build with a potential patch, you might want to test that too.
