I am not sure if this bug is exactly the same as my original reported bug (215129) that has been marked as a duplicate.
In my case the dvd fails and the cd works.
Executed rev 482 today with dvd in the drive. Still running into the same error after reaching 100%:
"Could not access CD, please make sure other applications are not using it and try again".
Clicking Retry reruns the whole thing and ends with the same message.
