It's a good idea to talk about at UDS, however it would be a lot of work. Most Windows apps will not function just by running their Windows-installed executable in Wine - you have to install them into Wine specifically. What this means is that we would either have to restrict ourselves to only portable applications (that don't use the registry) or write some very special scripts to scan the Windows registry and copy it's settings into Wine. This isn't really a Wine thing though - more a migration assistant feature.
