The issue is that the ureadahead warning about terminating with status 4 has nothing to do with any error in system booting (see bug 484677, particularly comment 5). So it's impossible to tell without more information if your bug is the same as michael brenden's. This goes for anyone else who comes to this bug thinking that the ureadahead warning has some relevance to their bug; there's no way to point them to one overarching bug that encompasses their problems, as all their issues are potentially caused by different bugs.
