That's fine by me, but I would like a spot check to ensure that we aren't going to be deleting
any branches that we didn't create.

I think a check that we only remove branches owned by ~ubuntu-branches should be enough
for this.

There may be some developer-pushed revisions that we delete, but probably not as the branches
haven't been up to date for a while.
