Bug Description

So I had to reinstall my OS due to system failure, and maybe i just don't know what i'm doing but, the shared files i had before are no longer there. i think it has something to do with the reinstall of the OS because when i reinstalled UbuntuOne my account acts as if this is a different computer. On the "My Account" page there are 2 computers or mac addresses with access to my account, these are the same computer i don't know what happened but i only have one computer with Ubuntu running on it.
So what i want to accomplish is the retrieval of the files in the "Shared With Me" location of the X960VFwLkbRRJrdZwbwf (this is the one from the first install) computer.

Hi, Peter. I'm going to try and help get this issue resolved for you.

First, the extra record:

The two records you see on the "My Account" page correspond to the authorization tokens you were granted for each installation of Ubuntu you've made. You can verify which auth token is current by following these steps:

  * Open up Passwords and Encryption Keys under the Applications -> Accessories menu.

  * Choose the Passwords tab

  * Click the triangle next to Passwords: login

  * Find and double-click on the UbuntuOne token for https://ubuntuone.com

  * Click the triangle next to Password and click the Show password checkbox. You'll be asked to authorize this action. You can click Allow Once.

  * Navigate to the very end of the long string you see there, and you'll find &oauth_token=...

That token represents the machine you're currently using. You can safely remove the other auth token.

Next, the "Shared with me" folder:

So long as the files were synced successfully from your first installation, you should have access to them, both through the web interface and through Nautilus.

Are you able to connect and upload new files through Nautilus now?

Thanks,

Zac

I did a little in person bug fixing, and found that the reason Peter's shared folders weren't coming down on his fresh install was because I had unshared the folder earlier (the only reason I shared it initially was for queue jumping!)
