I am behind authenticated proxy on Ubuntu 12.04 with latest updates. The fily sync gives me AUTH_FAILED error. As suggested, I have filed a new bug report (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+bug/987638).

Hope to get it resolved soon.
