I still encounter the same CA-cert errors I mentioned in comment #29 in my desktop. My laptop connects normally.

Is there something I should do in order to start fresh and try again? I tried removing .cache/ubuntuone, .config/ubuntuone and .local/share/ubuntuone/ but it doesn't change the behaviour.
