Comment 112 for bug 272185

Alexander, I installed on a new system (Lenovo T500 with the intel 5100 wireless card) the base install and was unable to get connected. Also there was a large amount of failures with wpa_supplicant (would take 5 min to get connected). I updated the network-manager files from the ppa and rebooted. after the reboot I was automatically connected with out issue. I will give you any updates that I come across with my testing.
