Cedric's fix worked for me as well, with a small tweak.
My Logitech Cordless MediaBoard Pro would not reconnect after the initial pairing.
I added 'hciconfig hci0 pscan' to /etc/rc.local and all is right with the world again upon reboot. The keyboard/mouse is available at the login screen. Adding it to /etc/init.d/bluetooth didn't work.
