You use an outdated FSF address. The last line of the GPL2 headers should be
Inc., 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301, USA.
The file GPL-2 has the wrong address, too.
Can you add a copyright line to the top of the GPL2 headers. It should look like:
