Binary package hint: xubuntu-desktop

In Intrepid Ibex/usr/share/xubuntu-docs/ misses localized folders, ie /usr/share/xubuntu-docs/fi even if language packs are installed.
Also in hardy with same situation, but with localized help folders: Applications --> Help doesn't link to localized help, but in main english help.
