Similar issue to Nicholas above, running Lucid X64.
I have a slightly different graphics card looking at the output from lspci:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 02)
Freezes up happening intermittently with no apparent pattern, at first I suspect could be down to a higher load as it was happening with the GLxxxx screensavers but has since occurred whilst using FIrefox and even happened last night whilst testing the HDMI out on my friends telly and displaying some photos (I was very impressed how that worked so smoothly - always been a bit weary of ubuntu+multiple screens!)
