Are you sure it has entered mesa master? The comments only say the patch is good, but no trace of inclusion. Please confirm so that we can give that information upstream.

Anyway, I'm still seeing this bug, which is not the very same as the one that has been fixed. Using mesa from xorg-edgers, 2009-06-18.
