Unfortunately, the workaround mentioned on the the bug report (not using textured video) can't work with GMA 4500MHD because it doesn't have hardware overlay.

I just hope we can find a solution otherwise I would have to wait another 6 months after Jaunty is released to see this fixed. (although I understand the reasons to not include the new driver this close to the release of Jaunty).
