I think, it may be. with

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c)
configuration: driver=agpgart-intel module=intel_agp

I'm having relatively low performance as well compared to other Intel GM965 users, and UXA decreases my 3D performance, when it is shown to increase it. Well. we definitely need a little bit more statistic info about it...
