Thank's Jeffrey. Yes, you are right. Glxgers performance was limited due vsync settings. In 2.6.27 kernel with disabled vsync and unchanged conf. form my previous posts is now glxgers performance:

root@migo-vaio:/etc# glxgears
Failed to initialize GEM. Falling back to classic.
3280 frames in 5.0 seconds = 655.962 FPS
3652 frames in 5.0 seconds = 730.313 FPS
3638 frames in 5.0 seconds = 727.565 FPS
