Thanks for pointing out the patch. I did not realize it was included. Just like Pedro, I too am still seeing flickering on my Thinkpad Z61t laptop (using the Intel 945GM/GMS card) and it is only occurring when launching new applications.

Please let me know what I can do to help debug this problem.
