I have been using Hardy Heron now for 3 weeks or so. the problem persists. heavily distorted image in totem using intel driver and hilariously huge font in gdm login field. using i810 works fine for me.

I am using 1280x800 on this widescreen notebook.

xrandr output:

going back to i810 now.
