I marked bugs 273364 and 272421 a duplicate of this bug, since this seems to have the most info.

Also, I reported individual bugs for each of the joysticks I have that's not working, as requested by Timo. Please follow through on that with your individual joysticks, and most here so anyone that has the same joystick can confirm the bug report.
