Great, this fixed my problem too. I was prepared to fill a new bug this morning, as advised, but this update made it not necessary.

P.S. Now if only the bug [when I click on the Date/Time/Weather applet, instead of opening the calendar popup, it just freeze all gnome panels making an useless gnome session] would be fixed...
