As i can see, nobody have any universal solution yet. It does mean nobody knows what is happening.
My story with this issue is the following. I´d got stuck keys after upgrade to Feisty. By some reason i decided to completely reinstall my system, and did it. The bug gone. From my experience, this issue is a consequence of an inaccurate update.

The bug has gone after reinstalling Feisty from the CD. On the exactly same hardware.
