This could be used to re-apply Crimean Tatar keyboard layouts patch from scratch.

Based on today's ubuntu6 and ubuntu7 versions, the same patch file will be updated, so i suppose this complete patch is probably what's needed to account for the Alt-Q-gbreve-related tweaks.
