I want to confirm the bug with xubuntu hardy on a FSC Lifebook Biblio B-2130 with a VGA controller Neomagic Corporation NM2160 [MagicGraph 128XD] 8rev 01)
XFCE4 Terminal is vertically split, letters on window decoration and in terminal nearly unreadable.

Same effect on System - System Control (? "Systemüberwachung" in German).
