I installed the patch, but unfortunately the synaptics capabilities are still reported as
 Synaptics Capabilities (272): 1, 0, 1, 0, 0

Its for Sony vaio VPCCW16FG laptop with a synaptics touchpad supporting true multitouch in windows.
