I am working on this bug. Over the past couple of days I've sent in some related patches.

Accepting, changing summary, adding integration keyword. Expect it to work by next week.

As HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT needs to merge HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes but doesn't, this still won't work for some applications like uTorrent (#17019).
