They have it already, and I mentioned it several times in this bug: open
marlett.ttf from windows, save it to marlett.sfd, then open marlett.sfd and
save it to marlett.ttf. George insists that the .sym extension has to be
used, but that's not acceptable as I explained above.

That requires an intimate knowledge of fontforge, and needs to be fixed by
a fontforge developer.
