The general idea is that we should have system themes that provide hints to Wine about how to color itself in the form of a Wine-specific uxtheme file. Once we write these theme files for each system theme, Wine needs to learn to probe for them in a standardized way at startup. It could be as simple as just throwing "winehints.theme" somewhere into the file, or it could be more involved.
