Yes, I was noticed about the broken icon symlinks today on IRC - and in
fact am already building a fixed package that I plan to upload to Debian
unstable later tonight and ask for sync request afterwards (or rather,
prod my ubuntu fellows to do it because I don't know the procedures
about that). I expect there to be no problems, the changes only fix the
missing icons, no other things were done to the sources.
Sorry for the inconvenience - and as I am already building the package
I won't start to add the LP closes message into the changelog, I hope it
is fine to state that it will be closed with the version 1:1.6a-2.

point the ubuntu release managers to the problem directly. ;)
