Jamin, can you add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd:

  capability fsetid,

Then do:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r -W -T /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd

and report back if it resolves the issue for you.
