Tested the ureadahead deb on r2d2/c3po-amd Dell systems. The systems had X07 bios on the system. This issue was fixed with this deb package with the X07 bios. http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/u/ureadahead/ureadahead_0.100.0-4.1.2_i386.deb package works
