utmp patch

It fixes problem with tty logins which stays in sessions list.

It adds new stanza - utmp - and writes utmp entries and wtmp log
as described in utmp(5).

Needs to add "utmp <id>" to /etc/event.d/tty<id>

Tested againts F10 and devel branch
