update-maanager will try to keep everything under the translations section installed:

2009-01-13 12:24:36,024 ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.'

This break for openoffice.org-voikko because it conflicts with openoffice.org 3.0 that is in jaunty now.
