Comment 3 for bug 17717

Would indeed be nice. Perhaps the user could be told when the last update (or check for updates) was performed, if he/she moves his/her mouse over the update-manager icon, through a little drop-box/tooltip? Now it says "Update manager Show and install available updates". Perhaps date/time could be added there.
