Could provide a option when the last update happend

Bug Description

It would be usefull if update-manager would display when it last time did a
update (as in apt-get update). So that the user always knowns how old the
information is.
Maybe in the "Status" label?

It should also describe what the "reload" button is good for (e.g. a tooltip
that explains that you should manually use reload if you are behind a internet
connection that need to be started up by hand like e.g. a modem and add it to
the documentation).

A dialog, that requets a reload, appears after starting update-manager if automatic update is disabled in the current dapper version. Adding the time of the last reload to the dialog is a good idea.

Would indeed be nice. Perhaps the user could be told when the last update (or check for updates) was performed, if he/she moves his/her mouse over the update-manager icon, through a little drop-box/tooltip? Now it says "Update manager Show and install available updates". Perhaps date/time could be added there.

This is fixed in the latest update-manager in intrepid, it contains this information.
